Troubleshooting a GR Infrastructure Receiver

To aid in the restoration of services please follow the steps provided below:

  1. Verify the GPS reference station is powered on and the Ethernet cable is plugged into the receiver
  2. Reboot the GPS reference station by unplugging the power supply from the power outlet and then re-plugging the power supply back into the power outlet.  Verify the station has powered on using the LED lights located on the unit.  If the unit appears to be powered off, please hold down the power button for 2-3 seconds to power the unit on 

  3. Note any recent power outages or IT/ISP changes that may effect our ability to communicate with the GPS reference station
