We will be conducting maintenance on the servers that service all of SmartNet North America starting Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 9 PM ET to remedy the GLONASS navigation file corruption issue that was discovered and announced last week (seel link below). We hope to keep service interruptions to a minimum, but please be advised you may experience brief outages during the maintenance window. Normal operations will resume by 12 AM Wednesday morning September 4, 2013.
We apologize for the short notice of this announcement, but we wanted to rollout the patch as fast as possible to limit any additional issues that the GLONASS navigation file corruption might cause.
