What APN do I use for SmartConnect?

If you are using SmartConnect, you will need to use a specific APN that is unique to our deployment and application.  Standard APNs that may come preconfigured with devices or that are applicable to other devices/SIMs will not work with SmartConnect delivered SIMs.
