Important information about your Pleiades RTK GNSS Network Service.

It started as an idea.  The idea, provide high-precision, high availability Network RTK corrections for any application, using any constellation at an unprecedented scale, while at the same time being open to all makes and models of GNSS equipment.

On March 1st, 2010, SmartNet North America was launched with coverage in 7 states and just under 200 stations.  5 years later, SmartNet has now grown to provide GNSS network coverage in 35 states and 6 Canadian provinces with over 1,000 stations spread from coast to coast.

And now Pleiades, Spatial Technologies and and SmartNet North America are excited to announce the expansion of SmartNet into the Western Canadian market with the transition of the Pleiades reference network.  Built on the incredible foundation that was laid by Spatial Technologies and Pleiades Data Corporation with their GNSS Network, SmartNet represents the future of GNSS RTK Networks.

Every component of SmartNet has been purpose built to assure our customers are working with the most advanced infrastructure available.  From the GNSS hardware infrastructure, to the server and IT infrastructure, to the user interface and tools, SmartNet offers a feature-rich turnkey solution to anyone needing Network RTK and static data corrections.  Not satisfied to rest on what is available today, SmartNet is always pushing ahead to maximize our customer's investment.  With this in mind, SmartNet will immediately begin an upgrade and expansion plan into western Canada to better serve the entire precision GNSS community.
