To improve the overall service offerings for SmartNet North America, we made a number of changes to the IP endpoints to servers that service California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 11 PM ET. For users that access SmartNet via correct domain names for the states they are working in, this change will NOT impact you and no changes are required. For users that access SmartNet via IP connection, you will need to immediately update your connection details to gain access to your correction services.
- California - ca.smartnetna.com - 98.159.149.85
- Hawaii - hi.smartnetna.com - 98.159.149.85
- Oregon - or.smartnetna.com - 98.159.149.87
- Washington - wa.smartnetna.com - 98.159.149.87
No other regions, states or areas are effected by these updates. As always, it is recommended that you access SmartNet via domain name to remove the requirement to make these changes. If you have previously used the 'incorrect' state abbreviation (i.e. ca.smartnetna.com in Arizona) you will need to make sure you are utilizing the correct domain name for the state you are working in.
