Understanding SmartNet Mountpoints

SmartNet offers a wide range of Mountpoints to support all rovers & applications.  Below is a description of the Mountpoints that we support along with details about the particular Mountpoint.

To determine the best correction format & Mountpoint for your particular rover, please visit our Connections & Configurations page.  These will contain the appropriate Mountpoint details, as well as Quick Guides for your particular rover. These Quick Guides contain all the information you will need to get connected to SmartNet including a section at the beginning that details the firmware & software versions needed for your particular equipment.

In an attempt to narrow the choices for our customers, we show a set of 'Recommended Mountpoints' and a set of 'Additional Mountpoints' tailored for your specific rover & your selected Corrections Area.  This curated selection of Mountpoints does not represent all the Mountpoints available, simply our recommended options.  For a complete listing of Mountpoints available in your Correction Area you will need to access the SourceTable and pull a complete listing of Mountpoints via your Rover interface.

Not all SmartNet license types have access to all Mountpoints based on price and market segment.  For example, a 1 yr SmartNet DGNSS Nationwide (decimeter accuracy) only has access to our DGPS Mountpoints, while a 1 yr SmartNet NRTK State / Sub-Region / Province has access to our standard Mountpoints (not including 'optimized' Mountpoints).

Please see our What Mountpoints Are Available For My License Type? article for more information on what mountpoints are available for what licenses.
