System Definition:
The rover has moved outside of the area that is able to provide network corrections.
Explanation:
Typically, to assure the highest availability of corrections, all SmartNet RT Products have "fallback" enabled to assure correction services are available in multiple types of conditions. However, there are certain instances where the rover is outside of the area that either network correction or single baseline corrections are available for the specified RT product selected.
Corrective Steps:
- Log into the SmartNet Portal and validate that the stations in your immediate area are online and available.
- If the network does not have a "fixed" common ambiguity level, a rover user can wait for the network to "fix". When a "fixed" common ambiguity level is obtained on the network, the network will begin to provide network-based corrections again.
- Change the mountpoint to a single baseline product (MSM_NEAR, RTCM3_NEAR) to force the network to provide a single baseline solution.
If you are still seeing this error after performing these corrective steps, please contact your local support representative.
