Coordinate Issue Discovered - ONET & ONHC

An issue was reported Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 10:26 AM ET by users in Toronto market experiencing issues with coordinates in and around the Etobicoke and Highland Creek areas of Toronto Metro Market. Upon investigation, SmartNet Staff discovered the product (broadcast) coordinates had not been uploaded correctly as part of the GNSS upgrades that happened on both the ONET and ONHC sites in recent days.  Both stations were taken offline Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 10:49 AM ET to correct this issue and prevent further confusion in the field.

Services from these stations were restored with the correct broadcast coordinates being used on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at at 12:16 PM ET.  All users in the Toronto Metro Market market should review any work conducted from Friday, June 14, 2019 at 4:10 PM ET until Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 10:26 AM ET to assure there works is referenced to the correct product (broadcast) coordinates.

Upgrade of ONHC (old HICR) happened Monday, June 17, 2019 at 1:10 PM ET
